Additional Information
The deposit needed is 45% of the rental for the period you have booked and its paid at the initial booking stage. Final balance and outstanding rates will be paid on arrival.
Bookings are provisional and are confirmed when deposit has been received, typical holding of dates is from the time of booking plus 1 week. After this period the booking process needs to be remade.
Cancellations will not incur a charge unless it is 5 days before arrival and not other dates are available.
All utility bills are included in the rental along with towels and bed linen.
