Accommodation
The Bedrooms, one has a queen sized accompanied by a 2 seater sofa, the bedroom has its own private bathroom and its own walk in wardrobe. The other 2 bedrooms have access to a separate bathroom in the apartment, bedroom 2 has three single beds. Bedroom 3 has another queen size bed and doors that access the terrace courtyard the leads to the pool.
There is 2 Bathrooms and all have a shower unit, toilet, wash basin and heated flooring, the second bathroom has a separate shower room.
The Kitchen has been fitted with stainless steel for the cooker and oven, a large fridge freezer with its own ice maker and water outlet, microwave, coffee machine, all the kitchen surfaces are made of stainless steel. Added to the kitchen is a pantry for storage.
The laundry room for cleaning, ironing and the automatic washing machine is in the garage which has space for 1 car.
The lounge is open plan, very spacious and includes the dining room, 3 sofas and patio doors to the decked area where there is a pool and barbeque with outdoor dining area. The lounge has a TV with Satellite channels, DVD, audio stereo and iPod dock.
On the outside there is an upper and lower level courtyard that leads to the pool, the pool is shared and with other residents, and has tables, chairs and sun loungers available for sunbathing.
